Services are advisory and creative in nature. They are intended to strengthen how a client’s experience, achievements, and professional value are presented.
No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
Vantage Crest does not guarantee interviews, offers, promotions, salary increases, admissions, appointments, recruiter responses, or any other employment or career outcome.
Hiring and selection decisions are made by independent employers, recruiters, institutions, and other third parties outside the control of Vantage Crest.
Client Information & Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information about their employment history, education, credentials, achievements, responsibilities, dates, qualifications, and other professional background.
Vantage Crest may refine language, structure, emphasis, and presentation, but does not knowingly fabricate credentials, accomplishments, employment history, or professional claims.
Scope, Revisions & Timelines
The scope of each engagement may be confirmed through a proposal, invoice, email, written service description, or other agreed communication. Any included revisions, turnaround expectations, or additional deliverables are governed by that confirmed scope.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time, fees, or a separate engagement.
Use of Completed Materials
Once the agreed service has been completed and applicable fees have been satisfied, the client may use the final career documents and branding materials for their own professional purposes.
Vantage Crest retains ownership of its underlying methods, frameworks, templates, systems, processes, know-how, and proprietary service approach.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Career information may include personal, strategic, executive, or commercially sensitive details. Vantage Crest treats client information with professional discretion and uses it only as reasonably necessary to evaluate inquiries and provide services.

Third-Party Platforms & ATS Systems
LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, job boards, employer portals, recruiting platforms, and other third-party systems operate independently from Vantage Crest.
Vantage Crest may structure materials with contemporary hiring practices in mind, but does not control how third-party platforms, algorithms, recruiters, or employers interpret or rank materials.
Engagement & Payment
Submitting an inquiry does not itself create a client engagement. An engagement begins only when the applicable service scope and commercial terms have been confirmed.
Fees, payment timing, cancellation terms, refunds, and other commercial conditions may be confirmed separately for the specific service being purchased.
Professional Judgment
Vantage Crest may recommend changes to content, positioning, structure, tone, sequencing, or emphasis based on professional judgment and the client’s stated objectives.
The client remains responsible for final approval of the factual content and for deciding how and where completed materials are used.
